PayFast or another agreed payment provider processes card and payment details on its own secure systems and under its own privacy terms. Watermelon Web does not store full card details. We may receive limited information such as the payer's name, payment status, amount, date, and transaction reference so we can manage the service and our records.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where reasonably needed with service providers such as hosting platforms, domain providers, payment processors, email and form tools, analytics providers, accountants, or technical suppliers. We may also share it when required by law, to protect legal rights, or with your instruction or permission.

Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we aim to use reputable providers and appropriate contractual or legal safeguards as required.

Our site may use essential cookies, analytics, embedded services, and contact-form tools to keep the site working, understand general usage, prevent abuse, and receive enquiries. The tools in use may change as the website develops.
