There’s no sales team and no account manager. I’m the one who answers your email, sketches the layout, writes the code and puts it live. If something breaks, I’m also the one who fixes it.

I keep the client list small on purpose, so every site gets proper attention instead of a template with your logo swapped in.

Most websites go live four to six weeks after kickoff: brief, scope, design, build, launch.
